Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Catherine relocated to Sarasota in 2019. Now a resident of Palmer Ranch, she fully embraces the coastal lifestyle that draws so many to the Suncoast.

Catherine’s foundational roots in real estate began early while pursuing her degree in English and Art, working across all facets of her family’s land development and home-building business. This comprehensive start evolved into an impressive, multi-decade career. Her diverse portfolio includes mapping and site design for premier golf resort communities, residential sales in the Naples/Bonita Springs luxury markets, and serving as a licensed securities sales representative connecting investors with new home developments. Additionally, her tenure as an Office Administrator for prominent Re/Max brokerages underscores her mastery of transactional precision and operational excellence.
